This Privacy Policy explains how Fabrich Overseas (“Fabrich”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data from visitors to fabrich.in and from anyone who contacts us, requests samples, applies for a role, or subscribes to our journal.

Enquiry, quotation and sample-request forms: name, email, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your project.

Job applications: name, email, phone number, years of experience, current location, the role applied for, any message you include, and a resume file if you upload one.

Newsletter sign-up: your email address only.

Chat widget: the messages you send to our website assistant, which we keep so our team can review and follow up where needed.

Usage data: standard analytics information (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type) collected only once you've accepted analytics cookies — see our Cookie Policy.

To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange sample despatch, and follow up on projects.

To review and respond to job applications.

To send journal updates to newsletter subscribers — no more than a couple of emails a month, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

To understand how visitors use our site, so we can improve it — only where you've consented to analytics cookies.

We do not sell personal data to anyone.

Form submissions, chat messages and uploaded files (including resumes) are stored on Google Firebase (Firestore and Cloud Storage), Google's cloud data platform.

Email notifications of new enquiries and applications are sent via Resend, an email delivery service.

Our website chat assistant is powered by Anthropic's Claude API — your chat messages are sent to Anthropic to generate a reply.

Our site is hosted on Vercel, and performance/usage metrics are measured via Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights — these are anonymized and don't identify you personally.

Where you've accepted analytics cookies, data is also shared with Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager), Microsoft (Clarity) and Meta (Pixel) — see our Cookie Policy for exactly what each does.

We keep enquiry, sample-request and job-application data for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and for our own business records, after which it's deleted or anonymized. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the email address below. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Our website and services are directed at businesses and adults, not children, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time as our practices or the law change. The date below reflects the last update.
